This course, 3ºB.

At the beginnig of the course, we both tought it wasn't a good class because our friends weren't there, with us.
Now, we've realized this is the best class in 3º. IN GENERAL, our classmates are very friendly with us, they help you and there is a good atmosphere. This course was intense and we've lived lots of moments, good and bad ones.

Anyway, we're wishing this summer to come. This course was funny and difficult too. After studying lots of months... we NEED holidays!!!

It's not easy that of studying with a very hot weather like Seville's.
For example, if it's rainning, you can study calmly because you're not going to go out with you're friends and you don't have too much things to do at home but, if it's sunny, it's different. If it's sunny you want to go out with your friends, leave home. You don't want to study, just want to go out, somewhere.

So, we hope this summer comes early to enjoy it as much as posible. We wish a great summer to our class.

Holy Week Holidays!

We're very happy because holidays are going to start. It's exciting that of doing nothing after lots of months studying at school.

Some guys are going to see "pasos" and other people are going to take advantage of this week to travel somewhere.

That's fine. Some people have been waiting for this week all the year. They live to see those "pasos". They really love Holy Week. In other way, other people love travelling in this week. They go to beautiful countries or just go to the beach.

Pilar and Aurora are going to enjoy Holy Week. They both are going to see some "pasos" on the first days and then, they're going to go to the beach. They wish to sunbathe because they think their skins are too light.

Pilar and Aurora are the owners of Piloire! The pizzería was born in 1876 but it was called Tarradella's house. Now, a very rich man have bought the company and it's called Piloire.

We need some workers. Do you want to work with us?

Things required to work here:

- You have to wear our uniform.

- You must be nice and kind with clients.

- You have to know at leats English and Spanish.

- You have to be older than 16.

- You mustn't have drug problems

- You have to be clean.

- You mustn't be late.

- You should have a good memory.

- You can't forget the client is always right.

You'll get 17$ per hour. I think it's a good job vacancie you shouldn't turn down.

There is a great atmosphere! :)

Describing what's happening in class

Well, Pilar is arguing with Luis. I'm here writing this composition but I don't know what to talk about.
Oh my god! They talking about stupid things! They're talking about China, people in China, Pilar hates China and things like that.
Now Pilar is here and she's saying: "Why are you writing that?". And suddenly... "That's true! All chinese people seem like twins!!".
Luis is looking at us, bored but we are here laughing about what we're writing.
Pilar has just told me she's not going to go to China ever in life! And... Why are we talking about that?
Aurora has just told me chinese people are nice, but there will be more chineses in Spain than Spanish people in a few years.
Anyway, that's not true! That's only a composition and we have written that because we didn't know what to write about!

Hey WaiYin!
How are you? I'm very well. I'm very happy because you are going to came here. I know we will have a great time because we will do lots of thinks.
WE will go to the airport and we'll meet there, after that we will go to my house and leave your lugagge. Later we will go to a very popular restaurant in Seville. I'm sure you'll like it.
At 4 : 30 pm we'll go to the cathedral of Seville and at 5:30 pm we'll go to Plaza de España. It's very famous, beautiful and old. There, we'll sail a boat.
Then we'll visit lots of things in the neighbourhood of La Macarena and Santa Cruz. If the weather is sunny we can do all these things I have just told you. If the weather is bad we'll meet our friends and we'll go to a party in my friend's house.

New Square experience

Hey Qamile!

It's Pilar and Aurora! We think you're a very nice American girl! We realize you want to know about our hobbies so we are going to tell you them.

We are very good friends but at the beginning of the course, we weren't. We have become very good friends because we have a lot of things in common. We both love talking, singing and dancing in a game called Just Dance 2. We also like gossiping about famous people.

We usually meet at weekend and we go to New Square trying to know English boys x)
Last week, we went to New Square and we talked with three English guys because they were lost of their group and we helped them. There were thirtsty and we helped them to go to a kiosk and buy a glass water. Two of them went back to their group and the other guy started laughing because he was a bit shy. He was alone with us.

Other day, in New Square too, there were some boys doing breakdance. Aurora talked with one of them because she had seen him before.

We think you should go to New Square because we're sure you'll live some exciting experiences.

This week we have done a lot of exams so, we think, it's time to have fun! This weekend we're going to go out again. We're going to Pilar's house to dance in Just Dance 2 and then we're going to Aurora's house to have an snak in the afternoon. Then we are going to phone some friends and we are going to visit some interesting places in Seville.

"Camp" 2011

We're in English class and we have to do a composition. We don't know what to talk about.
Oh! The inspiration have just come! Let's talk about the camp!
On January, the 29th-30th Pilar and Aurora both went to a camp. We met our friends we had not seen since last camp. Pilar didn't go to the camp las summer but Aurora did. She spent a great time there and she met lots of friends. She stayed with them for 1 week. Aurora wanted Pilar to come to the camp. At first, Pilar didn't want to go. Aurora persuaded Pilar to go. Pilar knew a lot of friends and Aurora met them. We both spent a lot of time with some friends like Carmen. We both wish the camp came soon. We need to see our friends and live those fantastic moments we've spent.

   Do you like being famous or would you came back and take another way? Yeah, because fame have brough me good luck and adventures.
   

2. Are you recording any Cds at the moment? The last one I recorded was in 2008 called “Best of Hilary Duff”. Right now, I'm recording a new Cd.. It will be in Fnac next summer. Buy it!
   

3. How old did you film your first film? I was 15 when I filmed it in 2005.
   

4. And did you enjoy it? You filmed lizzie McGuire before that, didn't you? Yes, I really enjoyed that. I first filmed Lizzie McGuire, that's right. I was in street with my friends when a man told me to do some sequences. That man wanted me to record a serie! That day was amazing! I still remember that.
   

5. Have you life changed your life since you started being famous? Well, I think it has changed because now, I can't walk without people around me.
   

6. Have you lost any friends because of the fame? No, I don't know who is my real friend and who is a false friend that only wants me because I'm famous.



7. What do your parents think about it? At first, they thought I was crazy but now they have accepted it.

Sergio Ramos is a very famous footballer. He plays in the Spanish National Team. He played in the Worldcup.

1. How did you start playing football? I started playing football in Camas. I've played in Sevilla FC. Since September 2005 I play in Real Madrid CF.


2. How did you feel when we won the Worldcup? Well, I have no words to explain that. I felt very excited. It was amazing. For a moment, all people was watching that match and all Spanish people felt so good in this momment...
   
   - (JOKE) Tell us other unforgettable momment in your life. Well, I can tell you that easily. The best moment in my life was when I met Aurora for first time xDDDDDDDDDDDD
   
   - (JOKE) Will you marry her? Well, I want to. xDDDDDDDDD
   
   


3. When you were a child, would you want to be a very famous footballer? I wanted to but I never thought I would became "Sergio" I am now.
   


4. Would you change your life? I like being famous but It's sometimes a bit tired because there are a lot of people around you, taking photos of you, talking to you...


5. Do you get on well with your partners? Yes, they're very friendly and really nice. I like that of being with them. And I get on very well with Torres. He's a real friend and we're always together in the National Team training.

Summer 2010

Well, I'm going to tell you about some experiences I had this summer.
From the 5th to the 11st of July, I went to a camp with my friends of school.
There, I knew some people and I met my old friend. We did a lot of things there. It was amazing and, at the end of the camp, all of us were crying because we didn't want to go.

On the 15th of July, I went to the beach. I think Zahara de los Atunes is the best beach in Spain. It has clear water and it's always clean. The only one problem is that there is sometimes a lot of wind.

This summer, I met a new friend, María. So, we were María, Lourdes, Cristina and me. The four inseparable friends. At first, we were 6 BFF but we got angry with each other. That was the only bad thing of summer 2010. Now we have forgiven each other.

One day, it was Lourdes and me. We were going to María's house. Suddenly, she phoned me: "Aurora, Come to the pizzeria! Quickly!!" I said: "Okay, but.. What is happening?" She said: "Sergio Ramos is here!! My father took me a picture with him!" Lourdes and I were excited: We were going to have a photo with one of the bests football players in the world!!! We went to the pizzería and we met him. I really like that day. It was unforgettable.

The summer ended and I miss my friends a lot. I get in touch with them. I sometimes meet Cris and Lourdes because they are from Algeciras (Cadiz) and Seville but it's not the same.
I miss those moments and I miss María. She's from Madrid, a bit far...

I hope this summer will be much better than it was. So... just wait!

A penpal.

Do you know who is a penpal? It's a person you have never seen before and you keep in touch with him/her through e-mails or letters.

I think it's a very interesting way to know other cultures and, at the same time, learn and practise English.

I've got a penpal. I talk with a girl who lives in Ireland by e-mail and messenger. We talk about our problems, concerns, what we do in a usual day...

Cultures and customes in Spain are very different in Ireland.

It's interesting to talk with a person who lives in a different country, has different customes, different food, completely different weather... In general; a person who has a different life.

So I think you should talk with a person from other country! You'll be pleased to do it! :)

Aurora

Hello! My name is Aurora and I live in Seville. It's a very beautiful city with many places to visit. I'm 14 years old. My birthday is on the 20th of June.
I have no brothers or sisters. I'm an only child and I'm ok this way.
I love playing computer games, connecting to the messenger and receiving and sending e-mails.
I usually go to the beach and I love it!
I love listening to music, I think it's my favourite hobbie. I love "Dynamite" by Taio Cruz or "Replay", by Iyaz.
My favourite food is pasta.
My favourite sport to do is paddle and my favourite sport to watch is football. I have got a photo with Sergio Ramos! He's really nice.
I love romantic films and one of my favourite film is "The Last Song".
In summer, I always meet with my bests friends. Their names are Cris, Lourdes and María. I get on very well with them because we've got a lot of things in common. We like the same things and we always talk about our problems or concerns. We're real friends and it's the best thing you can get in your life, real friendship.
My favourite season is Summer. I really like it. There's no school. I'm all the time with my friends, I think it's perfect. Summer is real life!
I'm a very energetic person. I'm nice but I'm also a bit shy. I try to be with my friends the most of my time.
