My school year

This year has been one of the most complicated of my life, but one of the best too. At school my marks have improved and now are very good. I have some new subjects like physics, biology,education for citizenship, creativity and french, and some new things to do in the subjects: in english and in social studies, we go to a computer room and there we have done blog entries and some projects, in creativity we have painted pictures and learned painting techniques... All the subjects are really more complicated but funnier too.

This year I've also met many new people, people that I'll never can´t forget, I've changed my mind and I decided important things in my future like my shool or my career. Last year I thought I was going to be an architect, but this year I haven't clear, because there are other things I like. I have some problems too, but I solved it with my friend's help.

I hope next year will be as great as this :)

Statue of Liberty

The Statue of Liberty was a gift for The United Stated from the people of french in 1886, for commemorate the American Declaration of Independence, how a symbol of friendship between countries. Is one of the most famous monuments of the world. The Statue of the Liberty is one of the seven wonders of the world.

The statue is on Liberty Island in New York harbor. Originally the island was known as Bedloe Island and served as a military base.The base of the statue (of stone) was built by the United States, according to the agreement reached with France. Despite economic problems in 1886 the base was completed.

The statue was built in 1884 and later was removed to send to U.S.A. , where it was staged. It was

inaugurated in 1886 . From 1886 until 1902, was used as a lighthouse: "U.S. Lighthouse board".In 1908 was added an elevator, in 1937 several decks and stairs and in 1949 a heating system.

Currently, the statue is visited by 3.5 million of persons every year and there is a museum and a gift shop under it.Its the most important symbol of U.S.A.

The Big Ben

Big Ben is the nickname for the great bell of the clock at the north of the Palace of Westminster, in London. It is the largest chiming clock and the third tallest clock tower in the world. It is the most important symbol of London. You can't go there without visit it!

It was finished on April 10, 1858. It was built for a new palace, before the

old was destroyed by fire in the night of Octubre 16, 1834. It was built in Neo-gothic style.The tower is formed by a body of stone of 61 square meters and awrought iron end of 35 meters. It is situated on a base of 15 square meters and has 4 watches at 55 meters. In every side of the clock there is an inscription :'DOMINE SALVAM FAC REGINAM NOSTRAM VICTORIAM PRIMAM' wich means "O Lord, keep safe our Queen Victoria the First" . Big Ben is the escenary of some films like "Peter Pan", "Lisa's Wedding" too.

Avril Lavigne

Avril Ramona Lavigne Loshaw was born in Belleville the 27th, September, 1984 in Belleville, Ontario, Canadá. Her parents Claude and Judy Lavigne were devout christians, and she has a little sister called Michelle and a eldest brother called Matt. Avril started to sing when she was five with her mother and a piano, and later at church. In August 1998 she won an Ottawa contest for sing with Shania Twain "What Made You Say That".

In 2006 she married with Deryck Whibley in Montecito (California). Unfortunately they divorced in 2009.

When she was 16 Avril moved to New York for be inspired and write. There "Network", a managers company sign up her. In 2002 whith seventeen she released her first CD: "Let Go". With this album she was a great succes. She sold more than 19 million of copies and 8 Grammy's nominations.

Her second disc called "Under My Skin" came out on 25th September, 2004. It sold much copies too (10 millions). And she won five Juno Awards, two MTV Awards y two World Music Awards. Her third disc was "The Best Damm thing". It came out on 17th April, 2007. It wasn't her most sold disc, but it's the most famous. It song "Girlfriend" is one of the most popular in the world!Her fourth disc called "Goodbye Lullaby" came out on 8th March, 2011. It is succesful and one of it songs, "Alice" belongs to the famous film "Aliice in Wonderland".

But she has done more other things. She co-wrote the song "Breakaway" (sung by Kelly Clarkson) for the film "Diary of a princess 2" and she wrote the soundtrack of the SpongeBob's film. She acts too. Her first part was in "Sabrina". Later in "Over The Hedge". But her most important part was in "Fast Food Nation" in 2006. She also has a clothing line called "Abbey Dawn" and two fragrances: "Black Star" and "Forbidden Rose".

She is one of my favourites singers! I love hers songs!

Jessie J

Jessica Ellen Cornish was born the 27th, March, 1988 in Redbridge, London. She is an english singer and songwriter. When she was 11, was diagnosed a strange heart rhythm, and she had a stroke. Since that, she has a healthy life (she doesn't smoke, drink or take drugs).

She started her career when she was 17, written songs for stars like Justin Timberlake, Alicia Keys, Christina Aguilera... and co-written the famous song "Party in the USA" (sung by Miley Cyrus)

The 18th of November 2010 she released her first song "Do it Like a Dude", which reached the number 2 on iTunes in UK. But with the CD "Who you are" and the song "Price Tag" she became famous. Hey July! We're waiting you very impatient you know?Do you remember our last summer on the camp?Seville is really better! You'll remember this weekend forever! How we told you (in our never-ending calls) Seville has sometimes a very hot weather and its very amazing. It has many monuments in the centre and we'll visit them if you want.

Well, when you arrive you should wait us in the airport because we are going to get you at home.You can unpack your things and then we'll go to the "Burladero", a special,typical restaurant here. It has the typical Seville's food but you can eat much more. You want to go to the park later?

But it's only the start. The Saturday, if the weather is good, we'll go to the Alcazar and see the amazings gardens and the beautifuls rooms.Later we'll go to the "Spain's square" a tradicional square here.If the weather isn't good we'll go to the cinema at "Nervión Plaza" (a big shopping centre) and later,of course to shopping. Here there are many famous (and expensives) shops but many cheaps too :P.

We want you know a museum, so the sunday we'll go to the "Bellas Artes" museum. Now there are two art exhibitions.The first is about "Murillo" a very important painter borned here.Its beautiful but boring.

The second is about tecnologies. It's really funny. It has some concerts and a class about computers. It show he computer's parts (the mouse,the speakers, the keyboard...).And its has a contest in wich you can win a webcam and an Ipod.

The Sunday at eight o'clock you must to return to Chicago :( We'll be so bad but happy too because you'll be here again in April for the "Feria".We can't wait for the weekend July!

Blue Jeans (Francisco de Paula Fernández) is the Songs for Paula´s writer. He began writing the first chapters in Fotolog, the 3 June, 2008. He didn´t know that his novel was going to be the first novel in pass of Internet to the role.Later, he also wrote in other social pages like Fotohoo and Netlog.The author contacted with many publishers until Everest finally published the novel


The 7 September, 2008, he created his first Tuenti. Now he has got more than 50000 fans,70 tuentis and more profiles on Facebook and Twitter.






Songs for Paula has more than 300.000 entries on google, a song, its own web page, many book,a song, many fans and a secon part called "¿Sabes que te quiero?"

Now Blue Jeans is wrting the third part. It's going to be called "Cállame con un beso" and it will be fantastic!

My favourite book: Songs for Paula (summary)

Paula is a sixteen years old’s teenager. In a internet’s forum about music meets Ángel, a reporter of twenty-two who works in a music magazine. After two months chatting they decide to stay and meet in person, despite the opinion of Miriam, Cris and Diana, her three best friend,that,with Paula form the funny group of "The Sugus".

But Angel doesn’t appear, so she decides to get into a near Starbucks. There she meets Alex a twenty year old’young with a big smile and who teaches saxophone. He is also a writer. Both are reading the same book: "Perdona si te llamo amor”. When Paula is talking on the phone, Alex write his messenger in the book and leaves. When Paula is leaving the coffe shop too, Angel appears.For an interview with Katia, a pretty trendy singer, he can´t arrive before. She has her bag of Powerpuff Girls and a he a rose.After a walk in the park, they kiss for the first time.

Paul adds Alex to her messenger and start talking with him. Discover that he plays the saxophone. But that's not all he is also a writer and has “the most world’s romantic idea" to show his book: distribute booklets to the first chapters of "After the Wall" in special places where people can find they. Paula,that doesn’t know nothing, decides to stay with him in the same Starbuck when they meet for the first timw. Together spend a fantastic evening.

Also are Katia, that, since his interview with Angel is beganning to think in he, and for meet him better, get his phone and invites him to a photo shoot. In that, she kiss him and then invited him to take a drink, but Angel gets drunk and she must to take he at her home; Mario, Miriam’s brother, who everyone thinks he loves Diana, but in fact it is falling in love for Paula, her best friend, and he want to confess everything that he feels; and Irene, Alex’s stepsister who come to the city to study a course of three months, but in reality, wants to win to his stepbrother .

Paula came Mario’s home with Diana, and when she finally leaves them alone Mario confesses his feelings and kissed Paula. Paula, shocked, slaps him. During the following days, Mario, depressed, doesn’t go to class, lost the exam and locks himself in his room even Paula's surprise party, just a day before his birthday. In that party, Diana goes to his room and together watch movies.

Angel and Paula lived many moments during that intense month of March, as the branch of roses that Angel sent to Paula´s class, the time in a soundproof room, the swim in the pool, a breakfast with churros... So Paula want to have her first time with him. But they feel bad because both have got another person in their life: Paula has got to Alex and Angel to Katia.

But the birthday party is the most decisive moment because Katia and Alex are ready to say what they feel, despite knowing that Paula and Angel are together. Angel decided quickly he wants to Paula, but when Alex confesses to Paula what he feels, the answer is slow in coming, because she is confused, but finally says she loves Angel without knows if it is true or not.

Katia and Alex leaves the party sadly, while Paula and Angel went to a hotel room, for had their first sexual relation, but Paula is so nervous and tells Angel needs to think.

At the end, in April, Paula going with his family to Disneyland Paris, where a guy dressed as the funny character "Mickey Mouse" invites she to dinner.

She is a fantastic singer. She always wear strange clothes in her concerts.No, she is not Lady Gaga, she is Katy Perry!. Currently she is triumphing with her song "Teenage dream". We hope that she soon take a new album.

1 Do you like fame or you would come back for take another way?
I like fame but sometimes I would like to have got more privacy and spend more time with my
family and my friends, because, with all the concerts, I haven´t got much time.

2 Which is the weirdest place where you have sung?
Oh, last year I locked in an elevator and I sang there because there were many fans.

3 We know that you had a car accident last December, how do you felt?Who helped you to overcomed the accident? How do you feel now?
I felt very bad, I thought that I wouldn't leave that, but my family and my friends helped me so much. Now I feel perfectly.

4 What are you doing now?
I'm working in my new CD. I think it will be the best of the year, because it has some funny songs.

5 Have you got boyfriend now?
No, now I am alone. I haven't got time for love.

1 How do you began your race?
I began when I was wery young.I went to sing and dance's class. My mother didn´t want that I be singer or dancer,so I left my house. Soon I found work and I began to work how singer.

2 We know that you did many films too. What was your first film?
When I was 16 years I did a very little part in the film "My little girl" but my first big part was in 1995 in the film "My family".

3 What did you recive for your part in the film Selena?
Oh, that was one of my most importants films. In 1996 tha managers choose me for do the protagonist part.I win 1.000.000 dolars (I was the best payed Latin American actress) and I was nominate at th Golden Globe.

4 What do you prefered sing or act?
My great drem always was sing so in 1998 I began to sing again. The 9, June, 1999 I threw my first albun called "On the 6".

5 Are you marry now?
Of course, you don´t now that? I married with Marck Antony in 2004.

When I travel to Paris

In 2005 I went a Paris with my parents and my sister.It was my first travel and I was very nervous. First we went on the AVE from Seville to Madrid and before we took a plane to the Charles de Gaulle airport. On the plane I was listening to music while my sister was sleeping. When we arrived we took a taxi to the hotel that was very near to the Eiffel Tower.

Next days we visited the city. It was an amazing place and ate at a restaurant in the center. While we were having dessert, my father went to buy postcards. We also visited the Louvre, where we saw wonderful paintings as the Mona Lisa by Leonardo DaVinci, the Cathedral of Notre Dame, the triumphal arch and of course the Eiffel Tower. From it was there a fantastic view of the city and Elysian fields.

But what I liked most were the days in disneyland. We ride in many attractions, visited the house of Minnie, took pictures with Mickey, Donald Duck, Pluto, Daisy and took autographs of them all.

At nights we saw the castle of the princess, fireworks and the great parade. I did't want to came back again because it was the best trip of my life! Seven days passed soon and I'm looking forward.

Egypt

Egypt is in Northern Africa, bordering the Mediterranean Sea, between Libya and the Gaza Strip, and the Red Sea north of Sudan, and includes the Asian Sinai Peninsul.Egypt's population is 77,505,756. It has 258 cities,but the biggest is its capital,Cairo.Egypt has The Sahara desert, that takes up a large part of Egypt, and the Nile,a important big river there.The weather in Egypt is very hot and doesn´t rain much so you must to drink much and wear the correct clothes.The egyptian belive in many gods.

But you must to visit Egypt because it's an amazing and beautiful place to visit and has many monuments, as the Pyramids,the Great Sphinx,many temples and some museums (with pharaohs mummies and old paintings).I think it is a perfect place to go at.... Christmas holidays!
